(featured on want that wedding website) It was late summer and last month I shot Alice and Matthew wedding at the Matara centre, located in the Cotswold region of UK. When they initially contacted me, they told me that they were looking for a wedding photographer that would capture natural moments and my work reflects this style. I love being a part of a wedding that the couple completely trusts me and this is the case for Alice and Matthew’s wedding.
Both of them were so chilled and easy going.
On the day, I travelled from Milton Keynes, where I am based to the venue. For longer journey times, I usually put up a night in an accommodation near the venue to allow time for any traffic on the road.
The wedding ceremony was held at the cloistered courtyard and alongside a pond where there were lots of flowers and foliage. The venue, Matara is every photographer’s dream. The architecture is very zen-like and felt very peaceful and calm. For Alice and Matthew’s wedding, their post-ceremony hd a magician and also crazy golf to keep the guests entertained at all times.
